The Dadonator, our 8" Stacked Dado Set, cuts flat, square-bottomed dadoes with virtually no tear-out, even in delicate veneered plywood. This multi-award winning dado set is arguably the best performer on the market. Inferior quality dado sets have 2 or even 4-tooth chippers, but our exclusive 6-tooth chipper design allows for perfect flat bottom dados every time. And each chipper is laser marked for fast identification to make setup of different size dadoes quick, easy and accurate. The six inside chipper blades; four 1/8", one 3/32" & one 1/16" will allow you to cut a range of dadoes from ¼" to 29/32". The set also features two outside blades with a 24-tooth Hi-Alternate Top Bevel design.
All blades in the stack are given our exclusive Nickel Armor coating. This tough and durable coating extends the life of your blade by preventing rust and eliminating pitch and resin build-up. Maximum safe R.P.M. is approx. 7000, ¾" length of arbor is needed to fully stack on your saw.
